COVID UPDATE:

Our boutique is now physically temporarily closed, but we are open online and for click and collect.

If you place a click and collect order we will email you to advise when we are in the boutique for you to collect your goods.

For all other orders we pick and pack during the week and use a courier service (usually UPS) to deliver your goods. They use standard delivery which is collected same day – or next day for orders placed after mid day or where we are unable to get to the boutique in time before our arranged collection – they will deliver the next working day after collection.

Orders are processed during working hours so orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the first working day following the order placement.

Occasionally we will use an alternative delivery method, but always tracked.

Any queries about your order please contact us on orders@lindaroselingerie.com we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our office hours are 10am -4pm during COVID but we often will reply out of hours if we can.

BREXIT UPDATE

Since January 1st orders to Europe will be subject to a customs fee and vat charges (on the shipping and customs fee.) We believe that from July 2021 the customs fee will no longer be charged. At this stage we are unable to advise what those charges will be – but please bear this in mind when ordering from Europe.

Currently our couriers are delivering to Europe but the situation is fluid and there may be delays in receipt of your goods.

FREE UK RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We offer FREE returns within 7 days of receipt of goods for UK customers.
  • To arrange a FREE return please email us on orders@lindaroselingerie.com quoting your order number.
  • We will email you back to discuss if you want to exchange the items or have a refund.
  • We will action your replacement or refund on receipt of your items providing goods are returned unworn, with labels attached and in the condition they were received, in original packaging where applicable.
  • We will arrange for a drop off point, and email you your return instructions and post label.
  • We mostly use Hermes drop off for our free returns service. You may return your items by a different method at your own cost if you do not wish to use our Free Returns service.
  • Our returns service is for one FREE return/exchange. For any subsequent returns or exchanges you will need to pay for the cost of postage/shipping.

ALL OTHER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We will email you back to discuss if you want to exchange the items or have a refund.
  • We will action your replacement on receipt of your items providing goods are returned unworn, with labels attached and in the condition they were received, in original packaging where applicable.
  • We will give you the address to post your return to via email as during COVID we will use an alternative address to our shop.
  • WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF YOUR WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOR PURCHASE.
